Yesterday I got together with
Chad Revelle, formerly of The Matthew Project, and we shot some new promotional shots for the new direction his ministry has taken. The last few months I've been really busy with
weddings, engagements and bridal shoots, but the only downside to bridal shoots is that I can't post them on the blog until after the wedding. So it was really nice to shoot something other than a bridal portrait so that I could actually post it on the blog! Trust me, once June has come and gone I will definitely post the bridal shoots I've had over the last few months.
So last night was a great opportunity to shoot in downtown Raleigh and really push the limits of dusk lighting. I had a pretty simple setup for most of the evening, just a couple of
Nikon SB-28s and my
Mark III to really bring out the North Carolina skies while retaining that great feel that downtown Raleigh has.
I ended up with a lot of great shots but rather than posting 200 images I thought I'd just give you the highlights. Enjoy and be sure to check out
Chad's website.
